MEGAN’S POST-PARADISE SURGERY

She’s made no secret of the fact she’s been under the knife before, but last week at an event in Sydney, Megan Marx looked virtually unrecognisable from the tanned blonde she was in Bachelor In Paradise.

One insider claims 30-year-old Megan spent almost $50,000 on cosmetic procedures including a nose job, cheek fillers and Botox injections last year.

“I probably look puffy because I’ve gained some weight,” says the former Bachelor star of her dramatic new look.

The model has admitted she’s had a “liquid nose job”.
