H e’s ’ known k f for hi his fit and d muscular l physique, but new snaps of Hugh Jackman have sparked fears he’s been working himself to the bone – quite literally.
The Wolverine star, 50, appeared gaunt as he took to the streets of Glasgow, Scotland, on May 8, wearing dark clothing and sunglasses and clutching a bottle of water. “He looks like a bag of bones right now,” an insider tells Woman’s Day.
“He’s way underweight, like eight or nine kilos, and it’s alarming to see.
“His cheeks are sunken and the clothes are falling off him, but instead of resting up and relaxing he’s going full pelt and it’s only going to get worse.”
Hugh is currently on an 88-date world tour of his stage show Hugh Jackman: The Man. The Music. The Show, but it’s feared his perfectionist ways are putting his health at risk.
“His schedule is relentless and when he’s not on stage he’s training and practising for his next routine, with zero time to put his feet up,” adds our source.
“The fear is if he doesn’t start taking better care of himself he could collapse, or wind up putting himself in a precarious position at the very least.”
