CUBA IN CUFFS OVER ‘GROPING’ INCIDENT
Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr has been charged after allegedly groping a woman in a New York bar.
The Jerry Maguire star, 51, turned himself in to the New York police and
appeared in court on June 13, where he pleaded not guilty to forcibly touching the 29-year-old.
Cuba is accused of grabbing and squeezing the woman’s breast without her consent while at a boozy party at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Times Square.
In a video posted online, Cuba denied that there was any inappropriate conduct and said there’s a tape that shows “what really happened”. “I trust the system, let the process speak for itself,” he said.
Another woman, Instagram personality Claudia Oshry, 24, has accused Cuba of sexual assault, saying she was touched inappropriately by the actor when she was 16.
