1 Wear comfortabl­e clothing and sit quietly on your mat in the lotus pose or simply just cross-legged, keeping a straight spine.

2 Place your dog on your lap if it’s small, or just in front if a larger breed, as you stroke and massage them. Gently tilt your head to the right to stretch out your neck, while breathing deeply.

3 Do the other side. Repeat three more times, rememberin­g to breathe. Namaste!
