LIAM & MILEY’S BITTER COURT BATTLE!
Liam Hemsworth could find himself face to face in court with his bitter ex Miley Cyrus for the first time since their explosive split in August.
According to court papers filed on December 3, Liam has a deadline of January 21 to complete case paperwork or face a fine – and a public courtroom showdown with his ex, Miley, 27.
Friends say Liam, 29, is “not worried” and has hired Hollywood divorce attorney
Laura Wasser, who handled the high-profile splits of Angelina Jolie, Heidi Klum and Johnny Depp.
“He knows Miley won’t want this to go to court – she’s got just as much to lose as he does – even more,” says a long-time friend.
“He’s still furious that she’d go as low as to suggest the split was his fault, especially when he found out they were over by those pictures of her kissing Kaitlynn [Carter]. Poor Liam really got played.”
