Dr Dave E David says the 41-yearold’s “lumpy cheeks” were most likely the result of fillers. “The Joker smile means the fillers are not placed properly, with too much in the corners of her mouth,” he says. And Dr David believes that may not be the only procedure the royal has undergone. “I believe she’s had Botox. Her nose also looks different. I believe it was smaller and more attractive before.”
