HOW TO MAKE MARINATED LABNE BALLS
STEP 1 Transfer salted Greek-style yoghurt mixture into a sieve lined with muslin. Refrigerate 24 hours.
STEP 2 Roll tablespoons of the drained labne into balls, place on a baking paper-lined baking tray.
STEP 3 Transfer labne balls to a large jar, cover with extravirgin olive oil and add fresh rosemary, if liked.
