How do I test if biscuits are cooked? A
Biscuits generally feel soft in the oven and become firmer as they cool on wire racks. Some of the crisper varieties are cooled on the oven tray, so follow the recipe instructions. A good test for most biscuits is to push one on the tray gently with your thumb – if it moves without breaking, it is cooked.
