MILA & ASHTON’S $450M DIVORCE!
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have shocked the dying LA real estate market by putting their home up for a whopping $21 million. The baffling move has added fuel to ongoing reports that the couple are on the rocks and preparing for a $450 million divorce.
The five-bedroom mansion in Coldwater Canyon was the first marital home for Ashton, 42, and Mila, 36, who bought it in 2014 for $15 million.
The family, including daughter Wyatt, five, and son Dimitri, three, have been staying in a rented property in Santa Barbara while work continues on their dream home in Beverly Hills. However, friends say the enormous project is taking a huge toll on the marriage.
“This mega-compound they’re building is costing an absolute fortune and it’s causing a lot of arguments. It just shows how desperate they are to be selling the Coldwater place right now because Mila loves that house,” says a long-time friend. “For someone who’s so canny with his cash, it just doesn’t make sense to be selling any property in LA right now. Their dream home is turning into a nightmare, and bets are on that they’ll never get to move in before they call it quits.”
