RANDE & CINDY’S MARRIAGE CRISIS!
Friends fear the longtime glamour couple could be headed for a split
By Hollywood standards, their 22-year marriage is considered one of the rare success stories. But behind the scenes, sources close to Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber believe their relationship could be in trouble after the high-powered couple made the decision to put two of their mansions up for sale.
The former supermodel and her businessman husband, who are parents to son Presley, 21, and daughter Kaia, 19, are selling their beloved Malibu beach house, which has long been considered their secondary home, for $9 million. Meanwhile, their $21.7 million mansion in Beverly Hills is also on the market, prompting strong speculation the duo’s marriage could be on the rocks.
DRIFTING APART
“For most of their marriage, Cindy’s main focus was the kids, but now that they’re older and doing their own thing, it’s starting to sink in how little she and Rande have in common,” says the source. “They drifted apart over the years.”
Indeed, Kaia and Presley, both successful models themselves, have been spending less and less time at the family home as they mix with Hollywood crowds, leaving their parents with more “couple time” than ever before. But the insider insists, “Even lockdown hasn’t brought them closer. Rande
spends more time with friends like George Clooney than his wife!”
Rande, 58, has been close friends with his Casamigos co-founder for decades, and at one point they even wanted to build a house together in Mexico. But while Cindy and George’s wife Amal have often joined the boys at social gatherings, the insider says Cindy hasn’t received any invites lately.
MAKE OR BREAK
“[Rande] leaves her at home until the early hours of the morning, wondering where he is,” the source continues.
And although 54-year-old Cindy is an “independent” woman, “her patience is wearing thin”.
Things came to a head in September when the couple embarked on a make-or-break holiday to Los Cabos, Mexico.
“Cindy and Rande were finally able to sit down and discuss how they’ve been feeling. They spoke. They listened. And both admitted

their faults,” says the source. “It wasn’t the magic fix to their problems but friends are hoping that this is just a rocky patch and they’ll pull through.” However, the sale of their properties is continuing to raise alarm bells, with the insider explaining, “They seem to be offloading assets. Rande’s worth $400 million and there’s no prenup.”
Born into enormous wealth and celebrity, one could expect Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins Knox and Vivienne Jolie-pitt to succumb to the all-consuming world they’ve been brought up in.
But despite their immense privilege, the siblings, now 12, have grown into independent and unique tweens determined to pave their own path.
“Viv has said she wants to be a humanitarian and philanthropist,” a source tells Woman’s Day.
“Meanwhile, Knox is interested in becoming a tech engineer and developing software,” our source adds.
While the twins have every entertainment contact at their disposal, the insider says they’re heavily focused on more unique hobbies.
“Viv has a black belt in karate and can hold her own against the boys,” the insider reveals. “She likes gender-neutral outfits, like sweatshirts and jeans, and an edgy, choppy haircut. She’ll go to a movie premiere, but she’ll dress tomboyish.
“Knox is extremely creative and many of his drawings have been converted into jewellery. He’s even been learning sign language while his twin sister studies Arabic.”
Despite D it the th children’s hild ’ extraordinary lifestyle, parents Brad, 56, and Angelina, 45, are determined to help them – and their siblings Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, Zahara, 15, and Shiloh, 14 – stay as grounded as possible.
“The children are surrounded by wealth, but they’re still just kids who like video games and graphic novels, skateboarding and pet stores,” the source adds.
