A-ROD BUSTED CHEATING!

Accusations from Alex’s former brother-in-law threaten to derail the couple’s happiness

-

Jennifer Lopez has been left reeling after discovering her fiance Alex Rodriguez will be hauled to court over claims of fraud, embezzlement and “serial cheating” – and if he loses, a large chunk of his $455 million will go down with him.

Making matters worse, the man suing A-rod for $75 million over an alleged dodgy real estate deal is Constantine Scurtis – the brother of Alex’s ex-wife Cynthia, who has been at loggerheads with J.LO since the relationship went public.

If Constantine wins his case in the Miami civil courts, it paves the way for a criminal investigation – and given the claims against the New York Yankees legend include allegations of tax fraud, racketeering, interstate wire fraud, mail fraud and insurance fraud, he may face up to 30 years in prison if found guilty.

“It’s a living nightmare for Jennifer,” says a source. “One minute she was planning her dream, no-expenses-spared wedding to a multimillionaire sports star and being treated like a princess forever, the next her world has turned upside down.

This war with Cynthia’s family has been hanging over their heads throughout their relationship, and these new court documents have reignited everything.”

As part of his claims, Constantine alleges Alex, 45, cut him out of a real estate partnership when he divorced Cynthia after six years of marriage in 2008, when he was forced to deny he had extra-marital affairs.

BOMBSHELL CLAIMS

“Defendant Alex Rodriguez, a former Yankees baseball player, is a serial cheater and a liar,” Constantine says in the bombshell filing. “After cheating on his wife, Cynthia, and lying about his affairs, Alex then lied to and cheated his brother-in-law in their realestate partnership. This case arises out of [Rodriguez’s] breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, and illegal and fraudulent pattern of criminal activity,” it continues.

Sources say this latest blow has Jennifer, 51,

“seriously reconsidering her options” when it comes to marrying Alex.

“She believes his denials that he was a serial cheater, but seeing that allegation in black and white is a knock to any woman’s confidence,” says a source. “There’s also the delicate issue of money. If he loses all his in this case, they’ll need to rely on her fortune to maintain their lifestyle, and she’s not sure she wants to pay for his past mistakes.”

The insider says J.LO will “fight tooth and nail” to protect her $520 million fortune and will have her legal team draw up an “iron-clad pre-nup” – if she decides to go ahead with the wedding at all.

“In some ways, she feels lucky that COVID delayed their marriage, because if it hadn’t, they might already be married and even more entwined than they already are,” says a source.

“J.lo’s inner circle is also gently advising her to keep an eye on her own business enterprises she’s involved with together with Alex, including the possibility of buying the New York Mets baseball team.

‘If he loses his money, they’ll need to rely on her fortune’

“Jennifer wants to believe Alex’s insistence that he’s innocent, but her team around her are super protective.

“Things could get quite messy between Alex and Jennifer if even a single claim about him is proven to be true.”
