The actor swaps Texas for something more tropical
The Mcconaugheys are saying “aloha” to Hawaii with the purchase of their new $10.3 million holiday home in the Big Island’s west coast town of Kailua-kona.
The six-bedroom, six-and-a-halfbathroom property is inside the exclusive Kukio Beach & Golf Club gated community. The Oscar winner, 51, wife Camila Alves, 39, and their children Levi, 12, Vida, 11, and Livingston, eight, are the first official residents of their luxury home, which was built in 2019.
Set on half a hectare of land, the sprawling home’s luxury amenities include an outdoor kitchen, multiple fire pits, two swimming pools, a media room and a bocce court – and, as you would expect, jaw-dropping views of the Pacific Ocean.
