SUPER-EASY TUNA PASTA BAKE PREP

SERVES 4 5 MINS COOK 30 MINS

• 375g spiral pasta

• 490g jar carbonara sauce

• 425g can canned tuna in oil, drained

• 1 cup frozen peas

• 80g fresh baby spinach leaves

• 2 cups grated cheese

• cherry tomatoes, quartered, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 200°C.

2 In a stockpot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta following packet directions until just tender. Drain, reserving ½ cup cooking liquid. Return pasta to stockpot.

3 In a small saucepan, stir sauce over a medium heat until hot. Add to pasta with tuna, peas, spinach, half the cheese and the reserved cooking liquid. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

4 Divide among 4 x 1½-cup capacity ovenproof dishes and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

5 Bake 20 mins or until golden brown. Serve bake topped with cherry tomatoes.
