Having just turned the big 5-0, the former Hey Hey It’s Saturday star says she’s feeling better than ever.
“I don’t fear that half-century mark at all. In fact, despite the craziness of the world, I’m feeling really good right now,” Jo Beth said recently. The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! 2016 contestant is happily married to third husband Matt Bennell, who she met in 2006, and they live close to her parents in Perth. “I feel I’ve come full circle. Matt is my rock and I’m in such a happy place,” Jo Beth says. “I love walking, yoga, eating healthily – mostly vegan – and feel fit and energised.”
