Many kids see their dad as some sort of hero figure, but for 11-year-old Ruby Anderson, her dad Glenn quite literally became her hero when their yacht sank off the coast of Western Australia earlier this year. They tell us about their scary ordeal (p38), which ended up only strengthening their fatherdaughter bond – and somehow didn’t quash their shared sense of adventure!
