Grammy Award winner Kelly Clarkson is the proud new owner of a stunning colonial-style home in the exclusive Toluca Lake area in Los Angeles.

The $7.4 million home includes a spacious kitchen topped with white beams and finished with a wooden island, and an elegant living area with an impressive stone fireplace. There are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including a master suite, which features its own office space and living area. Another highlight is the spectacular octagon-shaped sunroom with French doors, which leads out to a picturesque patio.

The recently renovated pad is perfect for outdoor entertaining and includes luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, gazebo and tennis court, as well as a separate guest house complete with its own kitchen and bathroom. Despite having French doors across several rooms, the home has a cosy feel to it, with a fireplace featured in almost every room – including the master suite!

The purchase comes shortly after the TV host, 39, sold her Nashville home earlier this year to focus on her program, The Kelly Clarkson Show, which will soon take over The Ellen Degeneres Show’s daytime slot.
