Blueberry & vanilla baked oatmeal

It’s filled with natural goodies – we’re loving this baked treat!

SERVES 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C and grease a small casserole dish. Mix together 65g rolled oats, 30g shredded coconut, ½ tsp cinnamon and 120g blueberrie­s. Pour over 175ml Califia Farms Unsweetene­d Vanilla Almond Milk. Mix together. Microwave 90 secs. Sprinkle over 1 tbsp granulated golden monk fruit or stevia and place in oven for 15-20 mins until golden on top or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
