HOLLYWOOD’S FAVOURITE AUNTY!
Jen is super-popular with her A-list pals’ kids
Jennifer Aniston may not have children of her own, but that’s not to say she doesn’t constantly have a crowd of kids around her! It seems the actress has become everyone’s unofficial “favourite aunty”, acting as godparent to some of Hollywood’s most famous offspring and an adored role model to others.
“Jen is godmother to so many of her friends’ kids, not just Courteney [Cox],” says a source. “She’s really good with kids, especially teenagers for some reason. They all seem drawn to her for inspiration and literally hang off her every word.
“Everyone knows Coco’s like a daughter to her, but Jason’s [Bateman] two girls Fran and Maple adore her, as do Laura’s [Dern] two kids, especially her 16-yearold daughter Jaya. Even Julian [Lisa Kudrow’s son, 23] asked Jen for advice when he graduated in May.”
Jen recently announced she and Adam Sandler will be making a sequel to their 2019 hit Murder Mystery and no-one is more excited about it than Adam’s two daughters, Sadie, 15, and Sunny, 12.
“Sadie and Sunny had small parts in the first movie and Jen’s like an aunt to those girls,” says a pal. “They can’t wait to be hanging out again on set with her. She’s always giving them her wardrobe cast-offs, as long as their mother [Jackie] approves.”
When asked about being a surrogate aunt and godmum to so many Hollywood children, Jen says, “They are really extraordinary kids, they are all products of my girlfriends... who have brought them up the right way. I don’t give them advice because I don’t need to. I don’t really give them anything except candy and a lot, a lot of love.”
