Modern Family star Julie Bowen is laughing all the way to the bank after her Hollywood Hills pad sold for $5.73 million, after she originally put it on the market for $5.26 million.
Designed by renowned architect Thornton Abell in 1959, the lush estate is located just off the iconic Mulholland Drive.
Featuring original stonework and terrazzo flooring throughout the interior, the mid-century mansion boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms, an updated kitchen, fine dining room and open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which look out onto a decadent outdoor entertainment area.
