Pandit come together to celebrate the diversity of Indian cuisine and explore the rich, aromatic flavours of the country while each bringing a new spin to their recipes. In the premiere, Helly prepares dal dhokli, a traditional Gujarati dish made with lentils, Adam makes Gujarati khichdi, a one-pot meal often called food for the soul and Sandeep showcases a famous breakfast dish, dal pakwan.
