Bea’s baby arrives!
At the time of press, royal watchers were waiting with bated breath for tidbits about Princess Beatrice’s baby news.
Buckingham Palace announced that the 33-yearold had welcomed her first child, a daughter, with new husband Edo Mapelli Mozzi, 37, in London on Saturday, September 18 at 11.42pm, but so far had remained tightlipped on further details.
Bookies said odds-on favourite names for the little girl were Florence, Matilda and Elizabeth, in honour of her great-grandmother the Queen.
UK press reported that Beatrice’s mum Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, jetted from Balmoral Castle to St James’s Palace in London to be with her second grandchild, who is rumoured to have red hair like her mum.
The baby is the Queen’s 12th greatgrandchild, and 11th in line to the throne.
