APPLE ICED TEA
SERVES 4-6 PREP 10 MINS + CHILLING
2 cups boiling water
2 black teabags
2 tsp honey
1 bunch mint, leaves picked 1 litre apple juice 200ml ginger beer
1 tbsp lemon juice finely sliced green apple, to serve
1 Place boiling water, teabags and honey in a large jug and set aside for 5 mins.
2 Remove tea bags and cool. Add mint, apple juice, ginger beer and lemon juice. Serve chilled with apple slices.
