A great all-rounder to add heat and a beautiful deep roast flavour to anything from dressings through to braises and pasta sauces.

Brilliant freshly opened on good bread with quality butter, or as a great flavouring to add to pasta sauces, and wonderful to make a compound butter to go with any meat, poultry or fish.
