S’MORES PUDDING
This vegan delight will leave you wanting s’more!
Add 8 Medjool dates (pitted and chopped), 2 tbsp creamy almond butter, ½ cup Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend Milk and 3 tbsp cocoa powder to a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides down as you go. Add additional oat milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Take 2 small jars and divide 2 plain vegan biscuits (crushed) between the two. Divide the pudding between the jars and finally top with a handful of vegan marshmallows. Serve and enjoy!
