Goop boss Gwyneth Paltrow is under fire from former staff, with ex-employees slamming the actress’ lifestyle business for its “taxing” work culture.
According to Business Insider, the wellness brand has seen a mass exodus of executives in recent months, while others took to jobs rating site Glassdoor to give the not-so-pretty scoop on Goop.
According to one-time workers, the $340 million business was staffed with “bullies” and “mean girls”, who used “fear-based management”.
Even Gwyneth, 49, didn’t score well. One ex-employee claimed the Sex, Love & Goop star “wanted to spend her days trying on clothes, when the company desperately needed a real CEO”.
