Pompeo didn’t exactly seem to be lapping up her luxe vacation in sunny Sardinia, Italy.
Onlookers couldn’t help but notice the Grey’s Anatomy star was sans wedding ring. While her husband Chris Ivery accompanied her on the trip, along with their three kids Stella, 12, Sienna, seven, and Eli, five, Ellen, 52, has admitted the couple have had their challenges, especially when it comes to her work.
“He did say the other day, ‘Don’t you think you could work a little less now?’” she says. The actress has confessed Chris, 55, had an issue with her cosying up to her former co-star, Patrick Dempsey. “In the beginning it was really hard for him,” she says. “He was like, ‘This is not what I signed up for. You go to work and make out with that?’”
