Although extreme weather events seem to be all around us now, in 2005, Hurricane Katrina was a freak disaster that caused untold damage in New Orleans. This adaptation of the book of the same name by Sheri Fink captures what it was like to live through Katrina, specifically for the staff of a local hospital who had to make some extremely difficult choices as they continued to provide care in the eye of the storm.
