MARBLE DELUXE
Make the basic cupcake recipe, dividing mixture into 3 small bowls. Leave one bowl plain. Stir 1 tbsp sifted cocoa powder and 30g finely grated dark eating chocolate into one bowl. Stir ¼ cup strawberry jam and a few drops pink food colouring into other bowl. Drop alternate tablespoons of all 3 mixtures into paper cases. Swirl with a skewer to create a marbled effect. Tint basic buttercream pink with a few drops of food colouring.
