Banana & nutella croissants

Treat yourself to this delicious combo of flavours

SERVES 2 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place 3 large croissants on a baking tray with baking paper. Slice croissants nearly all the way through. Toast 2 mins until warm. Take out of oven and spread 6 tbsp Nutella evenly over croissants, then place 2 thinly sliced bananas and flaked almonds on top. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp brown sugar.
