Edna’s top tips for staying young at 100
1 STRETCH
When you get out of bed in the morning, put your thumbs in the sides of your lower back and lean back two or three times. That’s the best one!
2 EXERCISE IN THE MORNING
It’s good to get to the gym in the morning and do your workout!
3 STAY HYDRATED
Drink a lot of water! I don’t have tea, just hot water, although
I’ll have the odd coffee.
4 SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING
Do squats or bicep curls at home. Walking is a very good exercise – instead of sitting around looking at the television, keep moving!
