CRABWICHES
MAKES 8 WIGGLY CROISSANTS PREP + COOK UNDER 15 MINS

2/3 cup strawberry jam
• 8 mini croissants, halved horizontally
• 24 strawberries, halved lengthways (see Wiggly tip)
• 16 edible candy eyeballs 1 Spread 1 tablespoon of the jam over the base of each croissant; sandwich together with the lid.
2 Cut a V-shape from 16 strawberry halves for the claws. Slice remaining strawberry halves for the legs.
3 Arrange strawberry claws at the front of croissants and the legs at the back, as shown. Position candy eyeballs on croissant lids for the eyes, securing with a little extra jam.
