Passed away peacefully

AMANDA SAYS Diesel tells me he came to the family as a puppy and was about 17 when he passed. He loved his family very much. Colleen’s son and Diesel are “best mates”. Diesel tells me he was never fed dog food – he ate what the family enjoyed, and that was the best of food including steak, which he loved.

He tells me he just went missing one day. He describes the area and shows me he lives on acreage. He could see something in the air just after he went missing, which was a drone. Diesel passed away peacefully near the creek.

COLLEEN SAYS I contacted Amanda because we needed to know for sure that Diesel was OK. He left during the night without us knowing. Amanda knew we were on acreage and described exactly the surroundings and the route he would have taken. It was comforting to know he knew we were looking for him, and that although he had already passed, he could hear the drone we were using to find him. He was a loved member of our family, and although we miss him every day, we now know he is in a better place and with family members who have passed. I’m glad I was able to get validation that Diesel left on his terms and he passed quickly and without pain.
