The eight-part special begins in the city of Palma de Mallorca, where he visits a traditional bakery where ensaimada pastries are carefully made by one of the island’s most respected bakers. He then takes his learnings back home to his kitchen in Ballycotton, rustling up a delicious-looking almond cake.
