BAND BACKING

In an effort to raise money for their film – which is now hailed as a comedy classic – Monty Python’s producers asked several wealthy celebrities to make an “investment”. Three rock bands were happy to splash some cash – Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Jethro Tull.
