FRUIT SALAD PLATTER WREATH

• 128g packet festive ice star biscuits

• 3 peaches

• 1 large mango, cheeks removed, halved • ½ pineapple, cut into wedges

• 2 large figs, halved • 500g mixed green and red grapes, in small bunches • 4 seedless watermelon, cut into cubes

• 125g punnet blackberri­es • 250g punnet strawberri­es, halved

• 125g punnet blueberrie­s • 125g punnet raspberrie­s

1 Arrange stars in a circle in the middle of a large, round serving platter (this will be your guide to then arrange the fruit).

2 Arrange peaches, mango and pineapple around the outside of the star biscuit round. Fill in with figs, then grapes and watermelon cubes. Finish with blackberri­es, strawberri­es, blueberrie­s and raspberrie­s to serve.
