KEITH WANTS NIC TO GO ON THE RECORD!
Keith Urban is no stranger to the music charts and it seems he wants his wife Nicole Kidman to join him, by urging her to record her own album!
New reports reveal the country music superstar, 55, was so blown away by Nicole’s pipes when she recorded a duet with actor Luke Evans on his recent album, A Song For You, that he’s encouraging her to get into the studio and lay down a hit album herself!
Despite earning critical praise for her vocal ability in 2001’s Moulin Rouge! and topping the charts with Somethin’ Stupid with Robbie Williams in the same year, Nicole, also 55, is “hesitant” to step into the recording booth.
“She feels it would be more like moonlighting from acting than something she would really dedicate herself to doing,” an insider spills.
However, her hubby insists she’ll be “kicking herself for not trying”.
“Keith tells Nicole it would be a waste not to explore her singing talent,” the source adds, and he’s also offering to write and produce it himself!
“Keith’s recorded duets with Carrie Underwood and Pink, but Nicole is his favourite duet partner.”
