Q I had a bowel cancer operation followed by chemo. I now have thymoma carcinoma in my chest. I’m having surgery to remove this cancer. Will my parents, who have passed, be looking out for me during the operation? Terri

Q My mum passed a couple of years ago and there was dissension among the executors. When we went through her things, there was jewellery missing – we were unable to return these items to the family Mum wanted to have them. Her funeral requests were changed because no one would listen to us. Does Mum know we did our best? Is she with our dad? Regretful

Your mum says there was a special ring and a brooch she wanted you to have, but she does not want you to worry – she has seen how upset you’ve been with the way things were handled. Your mum is giving you a big hug and says, “Thank you.” She knows you did everything you could to honour and respect her wishes.
