More than 10 million people around the world tuned in to watch the extra-long 28-minute Bluey special episode e Sign. en, just days later, the ABC delighted fans by airing another brand-new episode – Surprise.

O the back of the huge success of the special episode, producer Sam Moor has hinted that something special may be in the works for the hit children’s program.

“I’m sure we have many more surprises in store for you,” she told BBC radio.

Now, sources tell Woman’s Day that Bluey producers are actually planning a full-length lm.

“Everyone in Hollywood is talking about doing a Bluey movie and there is a script doing the rounds,” says the source. “Producers wants to get an absolute A-list cast, and they literally can pick and choose the cream of the crop.”

In fact, beloved Aussie superstars Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman are said to be scrambling to have a role, no matter how small, in the animated series.

“Nicole and Hugh have already thrown their hat in, but they’re not the only ones. All the big names who did special appearance­s in the TV series are hankering for a part,” the source reveals, “including Rose [Byrne], Joel [Edgerton], but even the Hemsworths, Russell Crowe AND the Irwins want to get on board.”

As for the movie’s plot, fans of the show speculate that the beloved Heeler family could pack their bags and head overseas.

“ere’s talk of the family taking a trip around the world, which is the perfect way to give a nod to all their global fans,” adds the source.
