“It’s about choos­ing when you want to party and pre­par­ing for it. Mak­ing sure you’ve eaten and that you pre- and post-hy­drate. I al­ways have [an elec­trolyte sup­ple­ment] with me. But it’s about be­ing re­al­is­tic, think­ing, ‘What have I got on to­mor­row?’ I get the worst han­govers. So lots of fresh juice, ba­nanas and an ocean swim are the best. Even if all you want to eat is hash browns and fries – you can eat that stuff later, but just start off with some good stuff.”
