Lose nearly 5kg by decluttering at home? Yeah, right. But that’s what pro organiser Peter Walsh saw while writing his book Lose the Clutter, Lose the Weight. He asked a group of 22 peeps to get their Marie Kondo on (full disclaimer: they also did some meal planning and moderate exercise) and each went on to lose the kgs over six weeks. Possible reason? Streamlining your space can lead to a calmer mind and healthier choices.
