Women's Health Australia - - COVER EXCLUSIVE -

Yes, you’ve got to be healthy, fit and active. But when I’m constantly travelling for work, if I don’t go to the gym for a week, I’m like, “OK, that’s fine. I’ll just have to go next week.” I do things when I can, where I can. You’ve just got to do the best that suits your lifestyle.

When I’m at home in New York, I go to pilates and barre classes around three times a week. It’s probably the first activity I’ve found since my high school years of sport that I really like. I also walk a lot.

I’ll do two-hour walks or a one-hour walk to and from work. It’s a good combination together with barre.

When I’m home in Noosa [Bree just bought a house with Mitch], or anywhere near the beach, then my activities usually revolve around that. So surfing, swimming, walking on the soft sand. And that’s when I feel happiest: when I’m at the beach, in the sun and enjoying myself.

Duskii swimsuit, $230
