With both hands, grab the rope han­dle of the ca­ble ma­chine at the low­est set­ting, palms fac­ing each other. Kneel on your left knee and ex­tend your right leg out to the side (a). Keep­ing your hips for­ward, pull the rope up across the body (b). Re­verse to re­turn to start. That’s 1 rep. Do 6, then switch sides and re­peat. Rest for 15 secs.
