With both hands, grab the rope handle of the cable machine at the lowest setting, palms facing each other. Kneel on your left knee and extend your right leg out to the side (a). Keeping your hips forward, pull the rope up across the body (b). Reverse to return to start. That’s 1 rep. Do 6, then switch sides and repeat. Rest for 15 secs.
