◆ 125ml lemon juice

◆ ½ tsp salt

◆ 175ml wa­ter

1. Mix the tahini, lemon juice and salt in a blender and grad­u­ally add wa­ter to cre­ate the de­sired con­sis­tency. 2. Keep in a screw-top jar in the re­frig­er­a­tor for up to 1 week.
