WHAT’S KEY TO YOUR POWER IN RUGBY?
I’ve always had strong legs from doing athletics, so that’s helped with rugby. I’m also appreciate of the cardio base I developed at a young age, as it allows me to focus on speed now.
HOW DO YOU STAY MENTALLY STRONG?
One of my mantras is you’ve got to be the best on your worst day. I like this one because you can’t pick and choose when to perform, you just have to do it every time.
HOW DOES TRAINING AFFECT YOUR HAIR?
My hair is always tied back very tight, usually in braids, which can take its toll. I use Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner, and once a week, I pop in a treatment to keep my hair healthy and strong. When I finish training, I always make sure to brush my hair out.
