Non-al­co­holic drinks are hav­ing a mo­ment, as more of us swerve the sauce (we’re drink­ing the least booze we have in more than 50 years, ac­cord­ing to ABS fig­ures). For­get sug­ary-sweet mock­tails (it’s not the ’90s, peo­ple), now brands such as Seedlip – the world’s first dis­tilled non-al­co­holic gin – are be­ing stocked in your favourite bars. Aus­tralia’s ver­sion, Brunswick Aces, is a re­cent launch but it has al­ready made its mark among non-drinkers.
