Baby air­lifted to hos­pi­tal

A baby was air­lifted to the Royal Chil­dren’s Hos­pi­tal in Mel­bourne last week af­ter a pos­si­ble drown­ing at Wilby. Vic­to­ria Po­lice con­firmed emer­gency ser­vices were called to re­ports of a po­ten­tial drown­ing af­ter the baby was lo­cated in a pool at a Tungamah – Peechelba Road prop­erty. A re­port stated last week that the baby was in a crit­i­cal con­di­tion.

McLeod house fire

Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing af­ter a house fire oc­curred in McLeod Street on Novem­ber 25 caus­ing sig­nif­i­cant struc­tural dam­age to the rear of the premise. Any­one with in­for­ma­tion can con­tact Yar­ra­wonga Po­lice on 57443641.
