Trevor Jarman and Troy Bryce.

Nagle’s Off the Hook Butchery have always been fantastic in assisting those looking to get a start in the butchering industry.

Fourth year apprentice Troy Bryce and second year Trevor Jarman are both enrolled at Willaim Angliss on the job schooling.

Both cannot wait to be qualified with Troy to complete his apprenticeship in November and Trev is just over halfway through his apprenticeship.

In their spare time, Troy loves to ride his motorbike, go camping and hanging out with mates.

But most of all he loves spending time with his girlfriend Heidi.

Trevor enjoys watching movies and hanging out with mates.

“With Troy almost qualified, it is time for us to put another first year apprentice on, so call into the butcher shop with your resume and talk to myself or Matt,” Owner Bron Nagle said.
