Third time lucky for Fiona O’Loughlin

-

It will be third time lucky when well known and loved comedian Fiona O’Loughlin brings her laughs to ClubMulwala on December 4.

O’Loughlin has been booked to come and perform at the club twice over the last 12 months but each time her performance had to be cancelled due to border restrictions and lockdowns.

To celebrate having the popular comedian finally coming to Yarrawonga Mulwala the Yarrawonga Chronicle and ClubMulwala have partnered to give away 120 double VIP passes, 30 each week until the event (starting next week).

“We want to reward locals for getting double vaccinated and welcome them up to the club for a good laugh and a great social event,” ClubMulwala CEO Alan Rowe said.

“We need to get some fun back into our lives, so what better way than to come up and have a laugh with Fiona O’Loughlin.”

Yarrawonga Chronicle Managing Director Jared Loughnan said it is great to partner with ClubMulwala and give locals something to look forward too.

“We need to reward ourselves for getting vaccinated, but also find ways to celebrate what has been a challenging 18 months with lockdowns, border restrictions, school closures the list goes on.

“This is our little bit to say thanks for getting vaccinated, helping protect our community and allow businesses, schools etcetera to open back up.”

A world renowned comic, O’Loughlin will perform a great show. She is a critically acclaimed stand-up comedian, while also being an accomplished writer, TV presenter and media personality.

O’Loughlin has always known the power of a great story and a good joke to show us a truth about ourselves. It is why she is one of the most loved comedians.

She has overcome a well-documented ‘battle with the bottle’. This, like the other aspects of her life, has become ‘material’ for her standup. And Fiona is even funnier sober.

This is not only an unforgettable show, but also an inspiration to anyone who has lost the way.

In sharing her story, O’Loughlin shows that there is always the promise of better days. Don’t miss ‘The Unreliable Witness’ herself as she regales you with a new show with even bolder content than ever before.

To win a double pass to see Fiona O’Loughlin locate the special promo code in ClubMulwala’s advertisement on page 5 of each edition (starting next week) and follow the instructions.
