Ann: How are you enjoying the fair?

Customer: It’s a real crowd-puller. Ann: What brings you to our stand?

Customer: Curiosity mostly.

Ann: So, which of our products do you find most interestin­g? Customer: Your telematics software system. I work in logistics and our company is considerin­g changing our system.

Ann: And what is your function exactly? Customer: Project manager.

Ann: What problems are you looking to solve?

Customer: Good question. Basically, we have too many different systems.

Ann: Could you tell me more about your customer base? Customer: How much time do you have?

Ann: Why don’t we sit down over at the counter? Can I offer you a coffee or tea? A cold drink?

Customer: A cold drink would be great. This is thirsty work.
