Ethics and accounting

I am a freelance English teacher in the Ravensburg area and I use Business Spotlight with my students. One of them, a German PHD student, needs to improve his vocabulary in the areas of finance and controlling, and microeconomics. My student’s subject area is business ethics and he found your article from two years ago (“Money or morals?”, Business Spotlight 1/2016) very helpful. Thank you for your suggestion and for your interest in our magazine. In our Skill Up! booklet number 36 (issue 1/2016), we dealt with the topic of finance. On the topic of microeconomics, we examined various apects of supply and demand in our Talking Finance section in Business Spotlight 3/2013 and 4/2013. Your student might also find the microeconomics videos of the Khan Academy (www.khanacademy.org) useful. We covered the topic of “accounting” several years ago, but it is certainly one that we could do again in the English for... section. The Editor
